To make the base for the ice cream Pour the heavy whipping cream that has been soaked in cereal for 2 cups into a large bowl or stand mixer.Melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon are all you need to make the cinnamon swirl. You can now start making your cinnamon swirl.If this happens, take it off the heat right away and stir it. If you cook it for too long, you'll start to smell burnt sugar. You just want everything to melt, then toss to coat. Note: This will burn if you cook it for too long.(This won't take long, just 3–5 minutes!) Once everything is completely cool, save a few whole pieces to put on top, then use your hands to break up the cereal into smaller pieces.
